The Colonial Secretary presents his compliments
to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, and, with
reference to Mr. Claud Severn's Despatch No. 301 of the 23rd.
October, 1918, has the monour to state that the words "proposed

new Launch" in the 3rd. paragrapa under "IMPORTS AND EXPORTS
DEPARTMENT" should read "proposed new Branch" wi regrats tha
clerical oversight.
